I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, but coaching is forward-focused and development-based, not treatment-based. If you have clinical issues (severe depression, PTSD, addiction, suicidal thoughts), start with therapy first.

Yes, via video calls. I'm licensed in Massachusetts and New York for clinical work, but development coaching (non-clinical) is available internationally.

Life happens. We can pause your coaching with advance notice. Private coaching requires a 6-month commitment but allows scheduling flexibility within that window.
